TeaCo Tea House is INCREDIBLE! We can't wait to come back. We got the Blush smoothie and the Peachaboo, and they were perfect! The owners are so kind and welcoming, and the adorable dog was the cherry on top

Stepping into this family-run tea business felt like entering a haven of warmth. From the moment I crossed the threshold, I was enveloped in the comforting embrace of hospitality and tradition. The atmosphere was infused with a sense of heritage, as if each cup of tea held within it generations of knowledge and craftsmanship passed down through the family. The selection was diverse and carefully curated, showcasing a blend of classic favorites and unique flavors that tantalized the senses. But what truly set this business apart was the personal touch of the family members themselves, who greeted customers with genuine warmth and shared their wealth of tea wisdom with enthusiasm. Whether it was a recommendation tailored to my taste preferences or a story behind a particular blend, every interaction felt like a glimpse into the rich tapestry of tea culture. In a world dominated by mass-produced beverages, this family-run tea business stood as a beacon of authenticity and connection, inviting tea lovers to embark on a journey of discovery and delight with every sip. It was that good, I came back but this time, I was convinced to try a different flavor.

Friendly environment. Great selection, reasonable prices. Amazing customer service. This is second time I’m here. I loved the atmosphere. They have a lovely dog. They also have Vietnamese traditional snacks. I love my hot drink LILY! Highly recommended

Good boba place with a great ambiance! TeaCo has a good selection of drinks and snacks on their menu. --- There was a small line when we got there, but our drinks came out in a reasonable amount of time. --- We got the Thaiger (Thai Iced Tea with tapioca, good) and the Lily (Taro with Sago, great). --- I was not able to check for restrooms, but there are plenty of parking spaces in the complex. --- This place could be out of the way for some, but definitely worth checking out when you're in the area. They also have a store dog that is really cute!

Tasty and cute bubble tea and smoothie spot here in mukilteo. Nice range of cute and colorful options. Drinks were just right, not too sweet, not too much ice. Lots of options of toppings and different types of boba. Popping boba and rainbow jelly is always great. Clean and cozy little location that is easy to get in and out of. Will be back, excited for full menu and snacks to be available

I love this place. I’m sure all the drinks are great, but I ordered the Lilly milk tea as it was my first time coming. I would recommend ordering it a little less sweet as it was on the sweet side. I also did my research before I came and saw something about the owners dog. When my friend and I stayed for about three hours chatting, looked over and noticed that the owner had walked in with her dog I was so excited. Please make this one of your stops for bubble tea if you can, and know that this is tied in my top three for one of my favorite bubble tea shops. I forgot to say I loved a drink that I ordered and cannot wait to try the other ones as well

New fun little boba place tucked next to Albertsons. Discovered it by accident and happy I did. There aren't 50 choices like at other places. I prefer that. The drinks are bucketed into 3 categories (see picture). Other than that, you can add more toppings but they give you plenty, and mixed well so you get to try different combinations. King Kong is the traditional milk tea and still my favorite. But the others are great too. I will be coming back to try them all.
